I agree that this is a monthly membership, and payment is due the first day of each month (the first month of above membership will be pro-rated). If I choose to change or end my membership, I will notify Warrior Risen Strength & Fitness 5 days before the end of the month. Failure to notify by the deadline will result in the payment for the next month processing. No refunds will be processed.
I understand that my failure to attend class does not relieve me of the obligation to pay the full tuition for the membership in which I am currently enrolled. I also understand that limited membership (3x a week) attendance days are non-transferable from week to week.
