Strength: Tempo Back Squat (5×5)

A new week and some new strength coming your way! How about starting off with something that we are comfortable with? This week, these back squats will have a little bit of a different feel to them. We will be bringing back tempo back squats. We will start off nice and easy with the classic rep scheme of a 5×5.

Let’s discuss the tempo we are looking for, percentage of your 1 RM for each set and rest period time sessions before we start at the whiteboard!
