STRENGTH: Back Squat (4-2)
This is it, we have reached the end of our current strength cycle for both the back squat and bench press. Today will bring us a lot less volume than we have been doing in recent weeks, but it will also bring us our heaviest working sets numbers. So, let’s ‘batten down the hatches’ and get after it.
