Strength: Bench Press (4-2)

This is it, we have reached the end of our current strength cycle for both the bench press and back squat. Today will bring us a lot less volume than we have been doing in recent weeks, but it will also bring us our heaviest working sets numbers. So, let’s ‘batten down the hatches’ and get after it.

As usual, we will briefly chat before we go and the percentages for each set will be on the whiteboard.
