Strength: Clean and Jerk
Today is all about barbell cycling! We are going to work touch-and-go clean and jerks in the strength portion today. We will be focused on 2 different ways to cycle a clean and jerk, and we want to finish this strength portion of class feeling confident about cycling the barbell in the WOD.
Every 1:30 we will complete 5 touch-and-go reps for 5 total sets. We will want to use this portion of class to get moderately heavy, but we don’t want to sacrifice quality movement for weight.
