SKILL: PISTOL SQUATS + Plank Hold
We will spend some time going over the progressions/modifications/scales for the pistol squats before we set off to work. In between each set of work that you complete with the pistol squats you will complete a plank hold! The idea would be to pick a time domain (30 seconds? 45 seconds? 1 M?) and do that in between your pistol squat work.
