Week 8 (the END!) of the 20 Rep Challenge is here! If you have been consistent with this challenge, you will be adding 5 lbs to your weight from last week. If you are not consistent on Monday’s, see a trainer for a rep and/or weight modification!

50% 1 RM + 35 lbs
WOD: 15 M AMRAP
25 Push-Ups
50 Air Squats
