This is the second week of our current cycle, which has us dialing in our incline bench press numbers. The percentages for each set will be on the whiteboard!

A ‘Fight Gone Bad’ styled WOD could only mean one thing; it’s a Birthday WOD! Come on in and help us celebrate Lindsay today! She, once again, requested a bike ride WOD. However, once again, the weather has been less than cooperative this spring. So, we default to this WOD, which looks like a fun time to me!!!
