STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT

Week 6 of the 20 Rep Back Squat Challenge today! We are getting closer and closer to the eighth (and final) week, so we are entering the more difficult phase of this strength cycle. You will need to add 5 lbs to your weight from last week.

This week the math will look like this:

50% 1 RM + 25 lbs
