SKILL: ROPE CLIMBS

Either learn some tips, tricks or the rope climb technique or you can simply practice climbing the ropes. OR you could do an EMOM with rope climbs(sharing a rope or individually, depending on how many people show up)!

 

I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again: Every time someone requests burpees for their birthday WOD, we do burpees for their birthday WOD! Ha! You can thank Nate for this WOD, it’s his birthday and he wanted to celebrate by having a WOD with lunges and burpees. He also said he likes rope climbs. So, here we go; come on in at 9:00 am and help us celebrate Nate!
