Strength: Back Squat (10-8)

Back at it after the de-load week and a quick holiday break with the back squat. Today, we start Cycle 2 of our current strength cycle. Cycle 2 will last approximately 4 weeks and model our previous cycle closely. There will be one major difference! For this cycle the percentages on the whiteboard will be calculated from your actual 1 RM. We will chat very briefly about this, to clear up any confusion, before we get started.
