STRENGTH: Back Squat (4-2)

Last working sets for our current back squat cycle! Today, we have once again decreased our reps from the previous week, while increasing the percentage that we will be using. After this week, we will move onto a de-load week before revamping the cycle for another 4 weeks.

As always, percentages for the sets will be on the whiteboard. Remember, to use 90% of your 1 RM for all calculations.
