Strength: Power Clean + Front Squat

We have spent the past couple weeks working with the power clean. We started with a hang power clean and a good second pull, and last week we spent a good amount of time working the first pull. Let’s put these together for a power clean today. Also, to make it more fun let’s add a front squat and turn it into this complex!

You will work up to your heaviest possible weight for this complex in the time provided.
