Let’s continue on the shoulder-to-overhead continuum with this complex. We have done this complex a few times, however, the ‘Push Press Rule’ will be in effect this time. The rules states, ‘If your heels come off the ground while completing the push press you may not add any weight to your next effort.’

Good Times. Get as heavy as you can with this complex. The push press will be the limiting factor, so then turn your focus to the speed under the bar and the catch position of the push jerks.
