Heat Times (8:00 am and 9:00 am) are START times. Please make sure you arrive early to warm-up (I’ll be at the gym at 7:30 am).
Remember this workout not only pays tribute to a fallen hero, Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, but requires you to battle fatigue to sacrifice body, mind and soul for the legacy of a man who sacrificed it all. When fatigue starts to set in, and your movements and range of motion starts to wan, remember virtuosity; doing the common uncommonly well.
