*It doesn’t look like it will be especially warm out or that we will get rained on today! However, please make sure that you are properly hydrating yourself. Today will be a big day for ‘hand care,’ as well. The pull-up volume is getting to that dangerous place where ripped hands can happen. If you rip today, there is a slim chance that your hands would be healed by Memorial Day. So, stay vigilant with that aspect as you work through this prep WOD.

Also, a reminder to get yourself signed-up on Zen Planner if you plan on completing Murph next Monday (Memorial Day). There are a few slots left in both the 8:00 am heat and the 9:00 am heat.
