This is our second Murph build-up.  Volume is going up little by little, so plan accordingly. Hydrate, protect your hands, think about your recovery and have a plan. This time domain and the sheer volume of reps is beginning to creep up towards a higher level; if you rip your hands now, it’s going to be tough to get them to recover in time for the actual WOD on Memorial Day.
