Skill: Pistol Squats + Ring Rows

We will spend some time going over the progressions/modifications/scales for the pistol squats before we set off to work. In between each set of work that you complete with the pistol squats you will complete ring rows! The goal would be to compete 50 ring row reps. If you are a beginner, you can do less. If you are more advanced, you can do more!!
