STRENGTH: INCLINE BENCH PRESS (5-5-5)
We are also at the end of our incline bench press cycle this week! We will be completing a ‘de-load’ for our work today. After this week, the bench press will be put on the ‘back burner’ throughout our upcoming Murph Prep. Don’t worry, though, it will make a comeback for summer.
