Strength: Overhead Squat
Here we go with the overhead squat for a few weeks! As we transition out of the power snatch and into the squat snatch, we will be spending a couple weeks with the overhead squat. Let’s work our overhead mobility, overhead positioning and piece together our overhead squat today.
We will spend our time talking about the points of performance for the overhead squat, while also working doubles from the rig. Stay moderate with your weight and begin to get more comfortable in these positions!!
