We have spent the past few weeks reviewing the points of performance for the snatch. Hopefully, we helped you figure out where your success/struggles were with the snatch and gave you some tips to maximize your strengths or fix your weakness with the snatch!
So, it’s finally time to 1 RM the power snatch! You will have 18 M to either 1 RM or hit a heavy single!

Randy is a CrossFit Hero WOD named after Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member who was killed February 6, 2008 in the line of duty. He is survived by a wife and two children. Randy first appeared on the CrossFit website 13 February 2008.
